  • Right to Review: Clients may request to preview their testimonial before publication.
  • Right to Withdraw: Clients may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at info@vrlpro.com, and we will remove or anonymize the content within 10 business days.

4. Use of Testimonials & Reviews

With client consent, VRL PRO DIGITAL may publish testimonials in:

  • Website (case studies, client success pages, homepage).
  • Marketing materials (brochures, presentations, proposals).
  • Social media content (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
  • Third-party review sites (Clutch, GoodFirms, Upwork, etc.).

⚠️ Testimonials will always be:

  • Truthful & Authentic: We do not alter or misrepresent client feedback.
  • Attributable: Published with client’s name, company, and designation (unless anonymity requested).
  • Contextualized: Used only in a professional context relevant to our services.

5. Case Studies

For selected projects, we may request to create a detailed case study.

  • Client approval is required before publishing.
  • Case studies may include project scope, challenges, solutions, results, and visuals.
  • Sensitive or proprietary client data will be excluded or anonymized.

6. Incentives for Reviews

  • VRL PRO DIGITAL may offer thank-you tokens, credits, or discounts to clients who provide reviews, but reviews must remain honest and unbiased.
  • Incentives are disclosed where required by law or platform guidelines (e.g., FTC rules in the USA).

7. Confidentiality & Sensitive Information

  • We will never disclose confidential or proprietary client information in reviews without explicit written permission.
  • Logos, brand names, or images will be used only if approved by the client.
  • Anonymous or generalized testimonials may be published if confidentiality is required.

8. Platform-Specific Reviews

  • On platforms like Clutch, GoodFirms, Google Business, Upwork, Fiverr Pro, reviews are subject to the platform’s own policies.
  • Clients are encouraged to provide fair and accurate reviews.

9. Handling Negative Feedback

  • We value constructive criticism and treat negative feedback as an opportunity to improve.
  • Before publishing or responding to a negative review, we will attempt to resolve the issue privately with the client.
  • If published externally, we commit to responding professionally, without disclosing confidential information.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

  • By providing a testimonial/review, the Client grants VRL PRO DIGITAL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and publish the content in connection with our marketing and promotional activities.
  • The Client retains ownership of their words, likeness, and brand identity.

11. Retention of Reviews

  • Testimonials and case studies may remain published indefinitely unless withdrawn by the Client.
  • Internal feedback is stored for up to 3 years for service improvement purposes.

12. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of India, with disputes falling under the jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.


13. Updates to This Policy

VRL PRO DIGITAL may revise this Policy periodically to reflect evolving practices. Updates will be posted with a new effective date.
